Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
